St Remy are aged in small French Oak barrels, and, acquire their amber colour, their body and roundness, their fruity and floral accents and light spicy notes.
 
St Remy VSOP has hints of small, freshly picked red berries and sweet vanilla flavour of oak. A rounded, balanced spirit that is not too strong on the palate and easy to drink.
