Organoleptic Characteristics:
Colour: Straw-yellow with very intense golden hues. 
Foam: Creamy and very persistent.
Bouquet: Very aromatic, marked aroma of ripe grapes and nutmeg; with hint of sage, orange flower, peach and apricot.
Taste: Very full aromatic, delicately sweet, well-balanced acidity and perlage.
Recommended with: Cream cakes and pastries, desserts, excellent with fresh cheeses. Pleasant and thirst quenching at any time of the day. 
Serving temperature: Very cool 6-8 ◦C.
