Created from more than 100 different wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines specially selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy. It then undergoes an aging process of at least 3 years.
 
A champagne produced from a blend of 30-40% Pinot Noir, 30-40% Pinot Meunier and 20-30% Chardonnay grape varieties. Colour: golden straw yellow with green highlights.
 
Tasting Notes: Vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus fruit freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers elegance of blond notes (brioche, cereal, fresh nuts).
