The 2016 Gold Label Shiraz was sourced from the Barossa, a region famous for producing complex Shiraz with concentrated flavours Soft, rich and elegant, this is a medium to full bodied wine displaying intense, fragrant aromas of blueberries,blackberries and dark plums. A plush, round palate of vibrant berries and plums is balanced with subtle oak, fine acidity and long, silky tannins. After completing fermentation, the wine was matured for 12 months in seasoned and new French oak barrels. This wine will continue to develop further complexity with careful cellaring
