Straw yellow in colour with flashes of green and a fine persistent bead. Chandon Brut's tasting notes are generous with an entry of primary fruit characters followed by nougat and nectarines. On the nose, the Chandon Australia Brut reveals a bright and fresh fruit bouquet of citrus blossom, subtle pear and white nectarine combined with savoury characters of roasted nuts and delicate spices. On the palate, Chandon Brut's entry is soft, followed by a creamy mid-palate and a lingering and crisp brut finish.
